Companion Care

Care professionals act more like trusted companions than traditional caregivers. They focus on building meaningful relationships, planning enjoyable activities, and gently supporting daily routines. From sharing hobbies and outings to helping with light housekeeping and errands, Companion Care is designed to enrich everyday life while offering the right balance of assistance and autonomy.

With Companion Care, clients can enjoy activities such as:

Hobbies
We explore who the clients were before their diagnosis and help reignite their passions. Engaging in familiar interests supports emotional well-being and promotes a higher quality of life.

Cooking
Care professionals encourage independence by assisting clients in planning meals, grocery shopping, and preparing nutritious foods that stimulate the appetite and support overall health.

Cleaning
As dementia progresses, household tasks may be overlooked. Our MCPs help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by handling chores like sweeping, mopping, and laundry.

Medication Reminders
While Companion Care is non-medical, your carer can help ensure that medications are taken on schedule. They also monitor for concerns and promptly communicate them to family members or healthcare providers.

Entertaining
Social engagement by accompanying clients to events, providing transportation to gatherings, or hosting small get-togethers is crucial. Staying socially active helps clients feel connected and supported.

Companion Care is person-centered, activity-based, and designed to empower individuals with mild to moderate dementia to live independently, joyfully, and with dignity for as long as possible.
